The very first thing you should do is contact us by phone 82-51-320-1513 or Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an Return Authorization Number (RMA) support ticket and get authorization to return your product. We will issue you an RMA number and detailed instructions on the procedure to follow.
IMPORTANT : If you send in your product without prior authorization we will not repair, refund or exchange your product! Instructions given by customer service regarding your RMA must be closely followed to ensure we receive your package and know what it is when it gets here.
